2 Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components
Conduct system testing and verification
Guide customers through technical procedures
Document service activities and resolutions
Collaborate with technical support and engineering teams
Maintain customer-focused approach during field visits
3 What We're Looking For
Proven experience in field service or technical support for Energy Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries
Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and battery technology
Knowledge of inverter operation, installation, and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
Ability to travel extensively to customer sites
