Manage tool and material inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
Monitor quality control, troubleshoot machining issues, and implement improvements.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and keep detailed records of jobs, maintenance, and reports.
Train and supervise workshop staff, ensuring skill development and performance.
Manage parts from vendors.
