2 Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, journal entries, and cash/bank transactions
Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time
Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements
Support management in preparing MIS reports, financial summaries, and cost analysis
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all financial transactions
3 What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel
Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances
Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
Ability to handle accounting independently
Excellent attention to detail and time management
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
