2 Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage entire production planning and process for efficient manufacturing
Develop and implement production schedules optimizing resource use and minimizing downtime
Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance
Lead, mentor, and train production teams to improve performance
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
Manage production budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other efficiency methodologies
Ensure proper machinery maintenance to prevent breakdowns
Coordinate with senior management on production strategies
Document awareness of ISO-9001, TS MASE IATF-16949 quality systems
3 What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Automobile Engineering
Minimum 10 years production management experience in mechanical/manufacturing/automobile industries
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience optimizing production processes and implementing cost-saving initiatives
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
