2 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities independently.
  • Maintain books of accounts and accounting records using Tally.
  • Handle GST and TDS related accounting activities.
  • Manage banking transactions and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Conduct ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of customer, vendor, and bank accounts.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and banks as required.
  • Prepare routine financial reports and MIS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure continuity of accounts work in the absence of senior team members.
