Clients are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable labour laws, employment laws, tax requirements, and statutory obligations in India.

T&A Solutions may refuse to publish, promote, or work on any job requirement that appears misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or inconsistent with professional recruitment practices.

5. No Job Guarantee

T&A Solutions makes reasonable efforts to match candidates with suitable opportunities and assist employers in finding suitable talent. However, we do not guarantee:

• Job placement for any candidate.
• Interview calls or job offers.
• Selection by an employer.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of every job listing.
• The performance, conduct, or continued employment of any candidate.
• The hiring decision of any employer or client.

All final hiring decisions remain solely with the employer or client.

6. Recruitment Fees

T&A Solutions does not charge candidates any fee for job placement unless specifically disclosed in writing and permitted by applicable law.

Candidates are advised not to make payments to any person claiming to represent T&A Solutions without verifying the communication through our official contact channels.

Service fees payable by employers or clients will be governed by the relevant proposal, agreement, invoice, or written communication issued by T&A Solutions. Delayed payments may attract applicable charges as agreed between the parties.

7. Verification of Information

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information shared with T&A Solutions is true and accurate, including educational qualifications, work experience, salary details, identity information, and references.

T&A Solutions may conduct or facilitate verification of candidate information where required by a client. However, the final responsibility for background verification and employment-related due diligence remains with the hiring employer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

T&A Solutions shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by a candidate, client, employer, or third party.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

T&A Solutions respects the privacy of candidates, clients, and website users. Personal information collected through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws in India.
