Tender Executive

2 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the complete tendering and bidding process from identification to submission.
• Handle tenders on GeM Portal and other Government e-Tendering portals.
• Prepare and manage tender-related documentation, EMD, technical/commercial bids, and compliance documents.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, terms & conditions, and submission requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids as per tender guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collecting required documents, quotations, and technical information.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, results, and related documentation.
• Attend client meetings at client locations whenever required and coordinate for tender-related discussions and requirements.
• Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and post-bid activities.

3 What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding, and Government Tenders.
• Hands-on experience with GeM and other Government Tender Portals.
