Area Sales Manager

2 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of company products across assigned territories and industry segments
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, research institutes, public sector enterprises, automotive, and manufacturing industries
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes
• Travel extensively for client meetings and business development

3 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7+ years of hardcore sales experience in instruments/equipment
• Strong knowledge of regional markets in pharmaceutical, research institutes, public sector, automotive & manufacturing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
• Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Science or Engineering Graduate (or higher qualification preferred)
• Result-oriented and self-driven
• Strong relationship management skills
• Reliable and consistent performer
• Strategic thinking with execution capability
