2 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits with prospective clients and address queries related to property features, pricing, and legal documentation.
• Handle client dealings from initial inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
• Drive deal closures through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and persuasive communication.
• Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met as per company goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation strategies and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and new real estate projects in the area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high levels of professional integrity and service quality.

3 What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Sound understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and processes.
• Must be target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic tech usage.
• Must be willing to travel for site visits as and when required.
