ASM - Veterinary Division

2 Key Responsibilities

• • Achieve territory sales targets and drive business growth.
• • Manage veterinary product distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
• • Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage across Punjab.
• • Maintain strong relationships with veterinary doctors, clinics, dealers, and channel partners.
• • Promote the company's veterinary products and develop new markets.
• • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• • Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of veterinary sales executives and field staff.
• • Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
• • Ensure timely payment collection and proper credit management.
• • Conduct regular market visits for business development.
• • Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• • Follow company policies and sales processes.

3 What We're Looking For

• • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Science, or a related field is preferred.
• • 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the veterinary pharmaceutical or animal healthcare industry.
• • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Area Manager or supervisory sales role.
• • Strong knowledge of veterinary products and the animal healthcare market.
• • Experience in veterinary doctor handling, dealer management, and distributor development.
• • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• • Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• • Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab.
