2 Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and develop new business opportunities for Animal Nutrition, Consumer Hygiene, and Human Nutrition products
Process business via GEM, NCDFI, State Government E-Procurement portals
Manage back-office operations and independent communication
Coordinate interdepartmental activities and promote sales
Prepare quotations, samples, and proposals
Review contract terms and conditions
Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments
Track sales targets and prepare MIS reports
Handle billing, banking, and payment follow-up
Maintain customer accounts and inventory records
Process credit and debit notes
Calculate staff and customer incentives
Manage tour bills and claims processing
Prepare export documentation
Coordinate logistics and shipments
Analyze data and maintain records
3 What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge and prior sales experience of procuring business via tendering on GEM, NCDFI
Prior experience in sales via tendering for specified product categories
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as required
Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/BBA acceptable)
