Business Marketing Coordinator – Government Business

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and develop new business opportunities for Animal Nutrition, Consumer Hygiene, and Human Nutrition products
• Process business via GEM, NCDFI, State Government E-Procurement portals
• Manage back-office operations and independent communication
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and promote sales
• Prepare quotations, samples, and proposals
• Review contract terms and conditions
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments
• Track sales targets and prepare MIS reports
• Handle billing, banking, and payment follow-up
• Maintain customer accounts and inventory records
• Process credit and debit notes
• Calculate staff and customer incentives
• Manage tour bills and claims processing
• Prepare export documentation
• Coordinate logistics and shipments
• Analyze data and maintain records

3 What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge and prior sales experience of procuring business via tendering on GEM, NCDFI
• Prior experience in sales via tendering for specified product categories
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/BBA acceptable)
