Cath Lab Technician

2 Key Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists and medical staff during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Prepare the Cath Lab, equipment, instruments, and supplies before procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and operating Cath Lab equipment as per hospital protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures.
• Assist during angiography, angioplasty, and other cardiac procedures.
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
• Monitor and maintain Cath Lab consumables and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of procedures and patient records.
• Follow all hospital safety and emergency protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff during procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the Cath Lab.

3 What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Cath Lab Technology.
• Candidates with relevant hospital/Cath Lab experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Cath Lab procedures and equipment.
• Strong understanding of infection-control and sterilization protocols.
• Ability to work effectively with cardiologists, nurses, and other medical staff.
• Should be disciplined, attentive, and comfortable working in a clinical environment.
