2 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site engineers.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
3 What We're Looking For
- Strong site coordination and project execution skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workforce.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Male candidates preferred with 2–5 years construction/real estate experience
- Graduation
- Experience in residential or commercial projects preferred
