- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, fixtures, offsets, and machining parameters.
- Ability to read technical drawings, GD&T, and engineering documentation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Kaizen (preferred).
- Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems).
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, or related field.
