2 Key Responsibilities
- Verify MC, DOT, insurance, and safety ratings during carrier onboarding
- Monitor insurance expiry, authority status, and safety alerts
- Prevent double brokering, fraud, and unsafe carrier usage
- Maintain compliance records in TMS/CRM and conduct audits
- Support claims handling, incident investigation, and SOP creation
- Train operations team on compliance and safety procedures
3 What We're Looking For
- 4+ years experience in US logistics compliance or safety
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA rules, carrier onboarding, and fraud detection
- Experience with DAT, Truckstop, RMIS, SaferWatch, etc. preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work the US night shift
