1 About the Role
A reputed and growing organisation in the Hardware sector. Recruitment handled by T&A HR Solutions, an ISO 9001:2015 certified placement consultancy.
2 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs for civil and interior fit-out works
- Develop accurate project cost estimates, budgeting, and cost benchmarks
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil and interior works
- Monitor project costs from design development through execution
- Float RFQs, analyse quotations, and prepare comparative statements
- Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Participate in client discussions for cost presentations, budgeting, and BOQ clarifications
- Maintain commercial documentation, approvals, contracts, and project trackers
3 What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
- 5-6 years of experience in costing, quantity surveying, and commercial management
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, execution methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Design & Build environment
