2 Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.
Conduct system testing and verification to ensure proper functionality.
Guide customers and installers through technical procedures and best practices.
Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams to provide feedback and escalate complex issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in energy storage technology and inverter systems.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during field visits.
