Field Service Engineer

Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries.

2 Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components
- Conduct system testing and verification
- Guide customers through technical procedures
- Document service activities and resolutions
- Collaborate with technical support and engineering teams
- Maintain customer-focused approach during field visits
3 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field service or technical support for Energy Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and battery technology
- Knowledge of inverter operation, installation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel extensively to customer sites
