1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed
- Conduct system testing and verification to ensure proper functionality
- Guide customers and installers through technical procedures and best practices
- Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in energy storage technology
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during field visits
3 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field service or technical support for Energy Storage Systems
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and battery technology
- Knowledge of inverter operation, installation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel extensively to customer sites
