1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.
- Conduct system testing and verification to ensure proper functionality.
- Guide customers and installers through technical procedures and best practices.
- Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams to provide feedback and escalate complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in energy storage technology and inverter systems.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during field visits.
3 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field service or technical support for Energy Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and battery technology.
- Knowledge of inverter operation, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to travel extensively to customer sites.
