2 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.
  • Conduct system testing and verification to ensure proper functionality.
  • Guide customers and installers through technical procedures and best practices.
  • Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions.

3 What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in field service or technical support for Energy Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and battery technology.
  • Knowledge of inverter operation, installation, and troubleshooting.
