2 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing franchise partners.
• Identify, appoint and develop new franchise partners in targeted markets.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Develop new markets and expand the company's franchise network.
• Travel extensively across Maharashtra for partner meetings, market development and business generation.
• Monitor business performance and prepare MIS reports and business reports using Excel.
• Provide product knowledge, marketing support and commercial guidance to franchise partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of franchise business activities.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.

3 What We're Looking For

• Strong background in pharmaceutical sales, marketing or business development.
• Good understanding of the pharma franchise / PCD business model.
• Experience in managing franchise/channel partners and acquiring new business partners.
• Strong market exposure, particularly across Maharashtra.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth.
