1 About the Role
A reputed and growing organisation in the IT sector. Recruitment handled by T&A HR Solutions, an ISO 9001:2015 certified placement consultancy.
2 Key Responsibilities
- Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to cold and warm leads provided by the company
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads
- Handle objections related to pricing, trust, and product understanding
- Convert interested leads into paid customers
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-ups in CRM
3 What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
- Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Prior telecalling or inside sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
