2 Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the battery manufacturing line
- Achieve production targets with safety & quality standards
- Train & supervise operators/technicians
- Solve process issues and reduce defects/downtime
3 What We're Looking For
- Lithium-ion cell/module/pack production knowledge
- Line handling, manpower management & shift leadership
- Understanding of SOPs, 5S, EHS & dry-room safety
- Quality inspection, defect control & root-cause analysis
- Production planning, output tracking & reporting
- Basic electrical/mechanical equipment understanding
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure
- Experience with preventive maintenance
- MS Office, production documentation & communication skills
