Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy will be preferred.
Good knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and common drug categories.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain pharmacy records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2 Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines as per prescriptions and ensure accurate dosage and instructions.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Maintain proper records of medicines, prescriptions, stock, and transactions.
- Monitor pharmacy inventory and ensure timely replenishment of medicines and consumables.
- Check medicine expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions regularly.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per applicable guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff regarding medication requirements.
3 What We're Looking For
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays, as per hospital requirements.
