1 About the Role
A reputed and growing organisation in the Media sector. Recruitment handled by T&A HR Solutions, an ISO 9001:2015 certified placement consultancy.
2 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to support practice and practice development initiatives.
- Prepare submissions for rankings, directories, and awards.
- Draft, maintain, and update Firm profiles, deal lists, experience lists, and marketing collateral.
- Track market trends, legal developments, and competitor activity relevant to the Firm.
- Support the Firm's PR and media outreach, including liaising with journalists.
- Assist in planning and executing the Firm's participation in events and conferences.
- Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and practice development dashboards.
- Draft internal and external communications, including newsletters and social media content.
- Manage and grow the Firm's social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Liaise with Partners and teams across offices to coordinate practice development projects.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and ensure high-quality outputs.
3 What We're Looking For
- Experience in law firm management, legal research, legal rankings, PR, or professional services.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online databases.
