1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Optimize utilization of CNC, VMC, gear shaper, hobbing, shaving, broaching, conventional machines and furnaces
- Improve OEE, reduce breakdowns and ensure preventive maintenance
- Ensure defect-free supplies, customer PPM < 200, and quick closure of complaints
- Handle customer audits, PPAP, APQP and strengthen quality systems
- Lead and mentor Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance managers
- Build accountability through KPIs, MIS dashboards and review meetings
- Train workforce on Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM
- Control production costs (power, consumables, scrap, rework)
- Ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery ³ 95%
- Coordinate with marketing for new product development and sales growth
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and environmental norms
- Deployment & Train to follow and adopt all procedures & SOPs as per company norms & IATF guidelines

- B. Tech -Mechanical
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
