Production Manager

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire production planning and process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime.
• Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and train production teams to improve performance and maintain high operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize production workflows.
• Manage production budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation effectively.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to minimize production disruptions.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other efficiency methodologies to improve operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and delays.
• Coordinate with senior management to align production strategies with company goals.
• Awareness and documentation of ISO-9001, TS MASE IATF-16949 quality system.

3 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in production management within mechanical, manufacturing, productivity automobile industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in optimizing production processes and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
