2 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire production planning and process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime.
3 What We're Looking For
- DME in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production management within mechanical, manufacturing, and productivity automobile industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in optimizing production processes and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
