Project Head – Site Interior Fitouts

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Develop detailed project schedules and milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors including MEP, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, joinery
• Plan procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to specifications
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
• Maintain site documentation and progress records
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and progress payments
• Manage variations, change orders, and cost adjustments
• Lead regular progress meetings with clients and consultants
• Provide clear and accurate project status updates
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and suppliers
• Conduct inspections and manage snag lists

• Strong understanding of architectural and MEP drawings
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction standards
• Familiarity with local building codes and authority approval processes
• Proficiency in project scheduling and reporting tools
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Effective problem-solving under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
