QS/Billing Manager

2 Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, estimation and project costing for real estate and construction projects.
• Expertise in preparing, checking and certifying contractor, subcontractor and client bills, including RA Bills and final bills.
• Proficiency in quantity measurement, rate analysis, abstract sheets, reconciliation statements and BBS verification.
• Good understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, work sequencing and site execution.
• Ability to verify actual work completed at site against approved drawings, BOQ, work orders and contractor submissions.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, including work orders, tender documents, payment terms, deviations, variations, claims and escalation clauses.
• Experience in cost control, budget monitoring, cash-flow planning and project financial forecasting across multiple projects.

3 What We're Looking For

• bility to identify billing discrepancies, duplicate claims, excess quantities and commercial risks through effective billing audit and cost governance.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including quantity calculations, rate analysis, MIS reports, reconciliation and project cost trackers.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and interpreting drawings.
