Sales Manager

2 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits with prospective clients and address queries related to property features, pricing, and legal documentation.
• 2. Handle client dealings from initial inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
• 3. Drive deal closures through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and persuasive communication.
• 4. Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met as per company goals.
• 5. Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation strategies and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• 6. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and new real estate projects in the area.
• 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high levels of professional integrity and service quality.

3 What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
• 2. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• 3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• 4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• 5. Sound understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and processes.
