1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day security operations of the hospital.
  • Manage and monitor security guards and allocate duties/shifts.
  • Ensure proper access control for patients, attendants, visitors, staff, and vendors.
  • Monitor entry and exit points and maintain visitor records.
  • Ensure security and safety of hospital premises, equipment, and assets.
  • Handle emergency situations, incidents, disputes, and security concerns.
  • Coordinate with hospital administration during emergencies.
  • Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any suspicious activities.
  • Ensure proper implementation of hospital security protocols.
  • Conduct regular rounds and security checks across the premises.
  • Maintain security-related registers, reports, and documentation.
  • Train and brief security personnel regarding discipline, emergency response, and hospital protocols.

3 What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in a hospital.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Disciplined, alert, and responsible.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic fire safety and emergency procedures will be preferred.
