2 Key Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of supporting pharmaceutical industry, research institute & public sector enterprises
- 10 years of hardcore instrument servicing experience including installation, repair, calibrations and training
- Past experience for successfully meeting support team AMC, CMC, Repair, Calibration Targets (At Least 1cr)
- Minimum 3 years of team handling experience
- Knowledge of electronics repair, automation & LAN networking
- Proficient in documentation & understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Responsible for servicing of all products represented by MTPL
- Skilful to learn & adapt new technologies
- Physical fit for extensive travelling
- Reliable & consistent performer
- Responsible to achieve team targets
- Support sales team for demonstration & sales lead generation
