Showroom Sales Manager

2 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities and overall operations of the showroom.
• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the showroom sales team.
• Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them towards suitable products.
• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle sales negotiations, quotations, order closures, and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records of leads, sales, customer interactions, and conversions.
• Coordinate with design, installation, procurement, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor showroom displays, product presentation, pricing, and inventory availability.
• Identify new sales opportunities and implement strategies to improve showroom conversions.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure the showroom maintains company standards and delivers a premium customer experience.

3 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in showroom sales or retail sales management.
• Candidates from Furniture, Furnishing, Interior Design, Home Décor, Modular Furniture, or related industries will be preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
