2 Key Responsibilities
- Handle international travel bookings and operations
- Manage end-to-end ticketing using Amadeus
- Handle complex itineraries (US, Canada, Australia preferred)
- Lead and manage a team effectively
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and support
3 What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of international travel domain
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus (mandatory)
- Experience in US/Canada or Australia travel sector preferred
- Prior team handling / leadership experience
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati
