- Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international flight tickets
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable flight options
- Research airlines, routes, fares, and schedules to provide accurate information
- Offer personalized recommendations including alternate routes, dates, and layovers
- Share complete details regarding itineraries, baggage policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

- Graduate / High School Diploma or equivalent
