2 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end video editing for short-form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content
- Craft compelling narratives through precise cuts, pacing, and transitions
- Transform raw footage into engaging, polished, publish-ready content
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, and basic sound design
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and visual enhancements
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams on client briefs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Organise, archive, and maintain project files and media assets
3 What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience with strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve
- Solid understanding of video codecs, export settings, aspect ratios, platform requirements
- Experience with colour science, LUTs, and skin tone correction
- Working knowledge of audio editing: syncing, levelling, noise reduction
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret creative feedback
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (Runway, Descript, Adobe Firefly, Pika)
