2 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end video editing for both short-form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (brand films, documentaries, campaigns).
• • Craft compelling narratives through precise cuts, pacing, and transitions that serve the story and brand voice.
• • Transform raw footage into engaging, polished, publish-ready content across multiple platforms.
• • Perform colour correction, colour grading, and basic sound design to ensure broadcast- quality output.
• • Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and visual enhancements to elevate production value.
• • Collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure videos align with client briefs and campaign goals.
• • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
• • Organise, archive, and maintain project files and media assets in a structured and accessible way.

3 What We're Looking For

• 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types.
• • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.
• • Solid understanding of video codecs, export settings, aspect ratios, and platform-specific delivery requirements.
• • Experience with colour science: exposure, white balance, colour grading using LUTs, and skin tone correction.
• • Working knowledge of audio editing: syncing, levelling, noise reduction, and basic sound design.
• • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• • Strong communication skills and the ability to take and interpret creative feedback constructively.
