2 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the VMC, milling, and lathe machines, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Plan and schedule jobs, assign tasks, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Manage tool and material inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
• Monitor quality control, troubleshoot machining issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and keep detailed records of jobs, maintenance, and reports.
• Train and supervise workshop staff, ensuring skill development and performance.
• Manage parts from vendors.
