2 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the VMC, milling, and lathe machines, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Plan and schedule jobs, assign tasks, and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Manage tool and material inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
- Monitor quality control, troubleshoot machining issues, and implement improvements.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and keep detailed records of jobs, maintenance, and reports.
- Train and supervise workshop staff, ensuring skill development and performance.
- Manage parts from vendors.

- 2-4 Years of relevant experience
- Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
