- Handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions
- Coordinating with clients regarding finance-related services
- Maintaining customer records and follow-ups
- Assisting customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Supporting internal teams with client coordination and documentation
3 What We're Looking For
- Candidate must have a finance background
- Good English communication skills are mandatory
- Relevant experience in customer support/customer handling will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting processes will be an added advantage
