Field Sales Representative

2 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, meet clients, and provide practical product solutions.
• Train shopkeepers, showroom owners, and customers on bathroom and sanitary products.
• Build a strong network with builders, architects, and plumbers to generate leads.
• Collaborate with construction companies to address challenges and deliver product training.
• Travel locally and to nearby states—handling project visits during the day and shop/showroom visits in the evening.

3 What We're Looking For

• Own vehicle preferred for field travel.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; basic English/Hindi for communication.
• Prior sales experience in bathroom fittings or construction-related products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
