2 Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and increasing sales for defined/assigned company's products
- Establishing and expanding customer base with healthcare partners
- Managing ground-level operations from order taking through payment collection
- Building goodwill with hospital institutions for business development
- Resolving customer complaints and managing account servicing
3 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Graduate
- Prior experience with government institutions (Central, State, Defence, ESIC, CGHS)
- Knowledge of tender business processes
- Preferred: sales background in Oncology, Ophthalmology, Endocrinology, Neurology, or Lab Equipment
- Technical skills: MS Office proficiency
- SAP experience preferred
