1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial stability
- Analyse the P&L and Balance sheet for the month, accurate accruals
- Payroll-related activity pay run every fortnight, on boarding
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, Bank Accounts, accounts payable
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GST, PAYG, PAYGI
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions
- Conduct a thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate reporting
