1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial stability
- Analyse the P&L and Balance sheet for the month, accurate accruals
- Payroll-related activity pay run every fortnight, on boarding and maintain records
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, Bank Accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GST, PAYG, PAYGI
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions
- Conduct a thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
3 What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- B.com/ Mcom Regular/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter/ CMA
- 2+ Years (with knowledge of MIS and other MS tools)
