1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and manage budgets for financial stability
- Analyse P&L and Balance sheet with accurate accruals
- Manage payroll-related activities and maintain records
- Reconcile general ledger, bank, payable, and receivable accounts
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure GST, PAYG, PAYGI compliance and tax preparation
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Conduct financial analysis for trends and variances
- Collaborate across departments for accurate reporting
3 What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- B.com/ Mcom Regular/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter/ CMA qualification
- 2+ Years experience with MIS and MS tools knowledge
