Accounts Executive

1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, journal entries, and cash/bank transactions
• Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time
• Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements
• Support management in preparing MIS reports, financial summaries, and cost analysis
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all financial transactions

3 What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances
• Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
• Ability to handle accounting independently
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
