1 About the Role

2 Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Generate all sales and financial reports from Tally for Management Information System (MIS) preparation.
• Data Analysis: Use Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF) to analyze Tally data and prepare accurate reports.
• Business Communication: Handle all professional business drafting in English.
• Task Management Prioritize, manage, and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
• General Support: Use good computer knowledge for daily operations.

3 What We're Looking For

• MBA (Master of Business Administration) is required.
• Excellent Tally report generation skills and Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Very good English drafting capability. Strong verbal communication and logical approach to discussion.
• Experience in a trading business (high customer interaction) and strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
