2 Key Responsibilities
- 1-5 years of proven experience as an IT Business Development Executive
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
- Write compelling proposals and bids tailored to client requirements across Web Development, Mobile apps, and Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with the technical team to create project estimates, timelines, and custom strategies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and deal closures
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Participate in client calls and discussions to understand requirements and close deals

- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Qualification: Graduation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
